Before becoming a counselor, I spent time as a client in therapy settings where my Christian faith wasn’t welcomed. I was encouraged to leave my beliefs out of the healing process — but I knew that without Jesus at the center, something vital was missing.
That experience gave me a personal understanding of how painful it can feel to need help and yet not feel safe bringing your faith into the conversation.
It also ignited my calling to create something different — a place where Christians could heal without separating their relationship with God from their emotional health.
Now, as a Christian counselor, I strive to make therapy a safe and sacred space where your faith is honored, your story is respected, and your healing is guided by both sound clinical methods and the power of the Holy Spirit.
In each session, I blend evidence-based therapy (including EMDR) with biblical truth, prayer, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
I believe God meets us right where we are — even in pain — and that He desires to bring complete restoration to your heart, mind, and spirit.
I work with Christian adults across Texas who want to integrate their faith into the healing process. Many of my clients are:
- Healing from trauma, abuse, or painful past experiences
- Experiencing anxiety, shame, or emotional exhaustion
- Facing ministry burnout or compassion fatigue
- Working through grief, loss, or betrayal
- Longing for deeper intimacy with God and emotional peace
If you’ve ever felt like therapy didn’t fit your values, or you were asked to “set your faith aside,” this is a place where your relationship with Christ is central, not optional.
If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first full session and begin walking together toward healing, hope, and freedom — with God at the center.

Biblical Integration
I enjoy crafting and baking… usually while someone small is trying to “help.”
Jesus and caffeine keep me going.
I enjoy running & I'm a mom of two babies under two.
A well-written novel is my favorite way to unwind.
Outside the Office
My Christian approach is also deeply practical. We’ll talk about boundaries, emotional regulation, trauma responses, and how to discern truth from manipulation — all through a lens of biblical wisdom and grace. Whether you’re navigating family dysfunction, addiction, codependency, or spiritual confusion, I’m here to help you reconnect with who God created you to be.
Wherever you are in your faith journey, my goal is to walk with you — not preach at you. I don’t force prayer, Scripture, or spiritual practices into sessions — instead, I invite them in when they’re helpful and meaningful to you. Some clients are deeply rooted in their faith but feel spiritually burned out. Others are wrestling with doubts or have been wounded by toxic religious environments.
As a Christian therapist, I believe that healing involves the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I integrate clinical counseling methods with the timeless truth of Scripture, always honoring your individual story and unique relationship with God.

Ready to talk?
If something in my story resonated with you — if you’ve tried therapy before but felt like you had to leave your faith at the door, or if past wounds are still holding you back from peace in Christ, you’re not alone.
You don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out. Just bring your honest heart. I’ll meet you there.
